Update 2/24/21
We have two technicians. The refrigerator technician is scheduling out 1-3 business days. The technician who works on the other types of appliances is scheduled out 6-8 business days. Currently we are prioritizing returning messages regarding refrigerators, otherwise we return messages in the order we receive them. More people file requests for service on Monday and typically the volume decreases throughout the week. You will find wait time for a return call longer on Mondays and Tuesdays especially.
